Tour Schedule
- Morning: Our staff welcomes the group at Tan Son Nhat Airport and assists with procedures for the flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the tour guide meets the group and transfers to a restaurant for breakfast (for flights departing before 06:00 AM). Then, the coach departs for Sapa.
- Lunch: The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant.
- The group continues the journey, sightseeing and taking photos.
- VIETNAM – CHINA FRIENDSHIP BORDER MARKER – A historically significant landmark, constructed in 2001 and inaugurated in 2002. The marker weighs 1 ton and marks a sacred historical location where generations of Vietnamese ancestors sacrificed their lives from the 19th century to protect the nation.
- COC LEU MARKET (subject to time availability) – The largest market in Lao Cai province and the Northwest region, famous for its wide variety of goods imported directly through the border gate.
- Continue the journey to Sapa and check in at the hotel.
- Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, guests are free to stroll around Sapa town, enjoying the European-like atmosphere with pine trees and Po Mu wooden houses. Overnight in Sapa.
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then depart to conquer:
- FANSIPAN PEAK (ticket at own expense according to Sun World regulations) – Known as the “Roof of Indochina” at 3,143m above sea level. Guests take photos at the central flower garden before continuing by cable car. The Fansipan cable car holds world records: longest three-wire cable car (6,292.5m), greatest elevation difference (1,410m), and highest safety standards. The cable car reaches approximately 2,900m, followed by a walk to Thanh Van Dac Lo and Bich Van Zen Monastery at 3,037m.
- Lunch: Return to the cable car station. The coach and tour guide take the group to a restaurant for lunch. After lunch, continue sightseeing:
- CAT CAT – SIN CHAI VILLAGE of the H’Mong ethnic group. Guests explore traditional customs, daily life, and unique cultural values. The village is famous for its poetic landscapes and rich ethnic heritage.
- CAT CAT WATERFALL & HYDROPOWER STATION – Built by the French in the early 20th century. Free time for sightseeing and photography.
- STONE CHURCH – The most well-preserved French architectural landmark in Sapa, located in the town center. This is also the gathering place for ethnic markets and the famous Saturday night Love Market.
- Evening: Dinner at own expense. Guests may enjoy local specialties such as bamboo-tube rice, grilled chicken, Thang Co, and corn wine at the night market. Overnight in Sapa.
- Morning: Breakfast and hotel check-out. Depart for Hanoi.
- Lunch: Lunch stop in Phu Tho.
- Afternoon: Arrive in Hanoi and visit:
- TRAN QUOC PAGODA – The oldest pagoda in Vietnam (over 1,500 years old), located on a sacred peninsula by West Lake.
- HOAN KIEM LAKE – Known as the heart of Hanoi, rich in historical and cultural value.
- Continue to visit the Presidential Palace complex.
- BA DINH SQUARE – A historic site where President Ho Chi Minh proclaimed the Declaration of Independence, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
- HO CHI MINH MUSEUM – Located near the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, and One Pillar Pagoda.
- STILT HOUSE – The simple residence where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked for many years.
- ONE PILLAR PAGODA – A unique pagoda built on a single stone pillar in the middle of a lotus pond.
- Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant, hotel check-in. Overnight in Hanoi.
- Morning: Breakfast and hotel check-out. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
- Depart for Ninh Binh and visit:
- BAI DINH PAGODA (electric car not included) – The largest pagoda complex in Vietnam, featuring 500 Arhat statues and the largest bronze Buddha statue.
- Lunch: Enjoy local specialties: Crispy rice and mountain goat meat.
- TRANG AN LANDSCAPE COMPLEX – A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Boat trip along Sao Khe River through caves and limestone valleys.
- Afternoon: Depart for Ha Long via National Highway 10, passing through Red River Delta provinces.
- Evening: Arrive in Ha Long, hotel check-in, dinner. Free time to explore Royal Park, Ha Long Night Market, or Bai Chay Bridge. Overnight in Ha Long.
- Morning: Breakfast and hotel check-out. Transfer to Tuan Chau Marina for a cruise on Ha Long Bay.
- THIEN CUNG CAVE – A magnificent cave with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.
- FLOATING FISHING VILLAGE – Observe daily life on the bay.
- Lunch: Lunch on the cruise.
- INCENSE BURNER ISLET, TURTLE ISLET, DOG ISLET, FIGHTING COCK ISLET.
- Afternoon: Return to Hanoi, stop in Hai Duong to shop for green bean cakes.
- Light meal at the airport restaurant (for flights after 20:00). Fly back to Ho Chi Minh City. End of tour. Goodbye and see you again.
(Note: The itinerary order may change depending on actual conditions but all destinations will be fully covered.)
- TRANSPORTATION:
- Sightseeing vehicle (16–45 seats) depending on group size, serving according to the program.
- AIR TICKETS: Vietjet Air round-trip SGN – HAN – SGN.
- HOTELS (3-STAR): Standard 2–3 guests per room. Reference hotels:
- SAPA: CHAPA DEW, PANAROMA, SAPA GREEN… or equivalent.
- HANOI: DE LA SEIN, THANG LONG ESPANA… or equivalent.
- HA LONG: NEW DAY, TWIN, KING HOTEL… or equivalent.
- MEALS:
- Breakfast: 04 breakfasts at hotels + 01 breakfast on the first day (for flights departing before 06:00 AM) + 01 light meal on the return day (for flights after 08:00 PM).
- Lunch and dinner: at local restaurants, ensuring food hygiene and safety.
- TOUR GUIDE: Airport assistance and check-in support at Tan Son Nhat Airport; Vietnamese-speaking tour guide providing commentary and services throughout the tour.
- INSURANCE: Maximum compensation of VND 50,000,000 per case.
- SIGHTSEEING: Entrance fees to attractions as stated in the program.

- Tips for tour guide and local driver; personal expenses outside the program.
- 01 dinner in Sapa (on the evening of Day 2 as per the program).
- Electric car at Bai Dinh Pagoda, Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge ticket, Fansipan cable car ticket.
- Under 05 years old: Free of charge (any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the family). Two adults may accompany only 01 child; from the second child onward, the child rate (5 years and above) applies.
- From 05 to under 10 years old: Sharing bed with parents. Two adults may accompany only 01 child; from the second child onward, charged at adult rate.
- From 10 years old and above: Charged at adult tour price.
- 1st payment: Customers are required to pay 50% of the tour price upon registration to reserve seats via bank transfer or cash at the company office.
- 2nd payment: The remaining balance must be fully paid at least 05 days before departure.

- In case of tour cancellation, customers are required to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation after registration: 30% of tour price.
- 20 days before departure: 50% of tour price.
- 10–19 days before departure: 75% of tour price.
- 0–10 days before departure: 100% of tour price.
- Tour cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone call is not accepted.
- As this is a group tour for individual travelers, the travel company is responsible for gathering sufficient participants (minimum 10 adult guests) for the tour to depart as scheduled. If the group has fewer than 10 guests, the company will notify customers at least 3 days before departure and will negotiate a new departure date or refund the full deposited amount.
- In force majeure cases such as terrorism, riots, natural disasters, floods, epidemics, etc., depending on actual conditions and the safety and convenience of customers, the travel company will proactively inform customers of changes such as cancellation or replacement with a new program of equivalent cost. If additional costs arise from the new program, customers shall pay the difference. However, both parties shall make every effort to support the affected party and minimize losses caused by force majeure.
- In cases of schedule or flight time changes caused by airlines, trains, or ships, the company shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, tour guides, etc.
- Guests aged 14 and above must carry original valid identification: Citizen ID card, passport, or driver’s license (original, valid, and in good condition).
- Children under 14 years old must carry an original birth certificate or original passport.
- All personal documents (Citizen ID or Passport) are the responsibility of the customer. Any issues related to unclear images or information on original documents, expired passports or IDs, or documents not compliant with Vietnamese law regulations will not be the responsibility of the travel company, and no additional costs will be refunded.
